About Luyza Hirnea – Professional Coach & Experienced Leader
I am Luyza Hirnea, a professional coach, member of the International Coaching Federation, ANC accredited, with over 20 years of experience in management and leadership. Coaching is not just my profession, but a way of life that continuously inspires me.
I strongly believe in a better world, in happier, more aware people, open to learning and evolution.
Over 15 years of experience in management roles, I have built teams from a few people to hundreds of people and managed financial portfolios from a few thousand euros to tens of millions, in a man's world. Mother and career woman, I decided to put my professional, life and multiple training experience at the service of those who have reached a turning point in their personal and professional lives or at a point of routine, without perspective, to dare to hope, to understand where they are and what gifts they have, to outline a vision of the future in order to reinvent themselves or to take the next step.
This journey taught me:

- How to support the personal and professional development of those around me
